Our office is open Monday-Friday between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00pm.
Should
you wish to book an appointment outside of these hours to inquire about
classes, memberships, pass card options, or anything else, feel free to
contact us.
We're available outside of our office hours by phone (613-546-5100).

Life Yoga is Kingston's only yoga studio located in the east end in the Rideau Town Centre - just a five minute drive from downtown or from Highway 401 at Highway 15.

Driving directions from Queen Street and King Street East:
- Head east on Queen Street toward Ontario Street
- Take the first left onto Ontario Street
- Continue over La Salle Causeway onto County Road 2
- Turn left onto County Road 15 at the stoplights at the top of the hill
- Continue down County Road 15 past three stoplights and make a right at the fourth set of stoplights at Gore Road
- Life Yoga is in The Rideau Town Centre - the plaza that is just past the firehall with the TD Bank, Bennett's Value-Mart, and Mike Mundell's Surf & Turf

- Head east on Exit 623 toward County Road 15
- Turn right onto County Road 15 (signs for ON-401 E)
- Continue down County Road 15 past three stoplights and make a left at the fourth set of stoplights onto Gore Road
