The 1,200 sq. ft. studio is newly renovated with male and female change rooms, showers, ample free parking, and all the amenities and accessories you'll need. We work to create a flawless experience from the moment you arrive in hopes that the peace and relaxation you find here can stay with you long after you depart.

LOBBY

The front lobby is filled with natural light and has plenty of room to gather on our built-in benches. It is here that students socialize or ask questions before and after classes. Here, we showcase the works of featured local artists' paintings, drawings, photographs, or installations for sale. We also offer products that compliment a yogic lifestyle from local businesses in and around the Kingston area such as Shiva's Delight, Joyful Lotus, and RHUBARB PAPER CO. We carry only natural, high-quality products that help you deepen your practice, heal yourself, or find that perfect accessory for you or someone else.

THE MENS' BATHROOM/CHANGE ROOM

The 3-piece mens' bathroom and change room features a large shower with natural, cocoa-based hair and body wash and all the amenities one could need after a strenuous yoga class.

LADIES' BATHROOM/CHANGE ROOM

The ladies' bathroom and change room features two large, lovely showers, a generous changing area, natural, cocoa-based hair and body wash and all the amenities one could need to turn their time at the studio into a spa-like experience.

THE PRACTICE SPACE

Before a yoga class, students can help themselves to the plethora of props adjacent to the handmade fabric-wallpapered wall: therapeutic Acuballs; large, comfy bolsters made by triplegem; silk-covered eye pillows filled with organic flax seeds; and more! For ballet classes, students use the professional barres alongside the full-length mirrored wall.

The newly renovated studio features ambient lighting and decor, including a one-of-a-kind, handmade mandala. There is space for up to 20 yoga mats while still providing students with plenty of room to comfortably practice.

Life Yoga is Kingston's only yoga studio located in the east end in the Rideau Town Centre - just a five minute drive from downtown Kingston or from Highway 401 at Highway 15.

Head east on Queen Street toward Ontario Street
Take the first left onto Ontario Street
Continue over La Salle Causeway onto County Road 2
Turn left onto County Road 15 at the stoplights at the top of the hill
Continue down County Road 15 past three stoplights and make a right at the fourth set of stoplights at Gore Road

Head east on Exit 623 toward County Road 15
